Property Conditions and Liability
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property. Damages or excessive cleaning due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.
Rather Be Properties is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests should exercise caution and secure valuables.
Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Illegal activities or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we are not responsible for disruptions to utilities or services beyond our control. We encourage guests to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Termination of Agreement
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement and require immediate vacation of the property in the event of a violation of these terms or disruptive misconduct affecting other guests or the property.
