For your convenience, our pool technician visits weekly to keep the pool clean. The landscaper services the property every Thursday, and trash is collected on Thursday mornings with walk-up service. These visits are scheduled to maintain the property while minimizing any disruption to your stay.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations: 
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. With 8 adults it was hard to serve coffee to all using a single-cup Keurig. Also an iron and ironing board to press out those wrinkles from traveling.
