Attached Back Casita:
The home includes an attached casita located at the rear of the property. Both the main house and the casita have their own private, fenced entrances. Guests are kindly asked to use their designated entrance when entering and exiting the property. If you’re interested in booking the casita as well, please let us know—we’d be happy to share availability and details.

Contactless, 24/7 Check-In:
For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night.

Guest Portal:
Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions. You can also access the front door lock directly inside the portal, making your stay smooth and stress-free.

Management:
Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Parking:
The property does not have private parking; all parking is on city streets. Guests will need to find available parking and adhere to all posted street parking signs. The property is separated from a long-term rented back casita by a fence. Guests should not enter the back area during their stay.

Noise:
The home sits quaintly behind a privacy fence, providing an added layer of security and privacy. As located in an urban neighborhood, guests should expect some noise and foot traffic from city traffic and streets outside of the unit.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
