Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. Pet-Friendly Accommodations: 
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $325 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Pool heater: 
The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 5 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March. 

Hot Tub: 
The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.

Pests: 
Duck is home to midges, tiny seasonal bugs that are harmless and do not bite, but they can appear in large numbers. To keep them out, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible and turning off outdoor lights at night, as light attracts them. We regularly treat the area, but they may still be present outdoors. Bug spray is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Additionally, snakes from the nearby marsh can occasionally be spotted. If you see one on the property, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for animal control to remove it.

The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you need and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the beautiful sunsets, the hot tub was wonderful, the beach is a short walk as are the many boutiques and restaurants. We recommend the Duck Deli and Sunset Grill. We also would recommend Wild Horse tours to view the wild horses in Corolla. Our guide Gary was the absolute best! If we vacation in the OBX again we will book with Elissa.
